What is the material of your low melt bags?
Low melt batch inclusion bags are made of EVA (the copolymer of Ethylene and Vinyl Acetate) resin , so they are also called EVA bags. EVA is an elastomeric polymer that produces materials which are “rubber-like” in softness and flexibility. This material has good clarity and gloss, low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, hot-melt adhesive waterproof properties, and resistance to UV radiation. Its applications include film, foam, hot melt adhesives, wire and cable, extrusion coating, solar cell encapsulation, etc.
Our low melt batch inclusion bags and film are all made of virgin EVA resin to ensure the quality of final products. We take raw materials quality seriously because we know our product will become a minor ingredient of your product.
How to choose low melt batch inclusion bags?
Low melt batch inclusion bags refer to the bags used to pack rubber additives and chemicals in the compounding process. To choose the proper bags, we usually consider the following factors:
You may just tell us your intending application, experts at Zonpak will help you analyse the requirement. And it is always necessary to try samples before bulk application.
Can you offer a full price list for your low melt bags?
We have been asked this question nearly every day. The answer is “No, we can’t”. Why? Though it is easy for us to produce and supply uniform products, we understand it will cause the users much inconvenience and unnecessary resources waste. Most of our products are of customer specific type and size. We quote price for every single specification. The price varies depending on the material, form, size, film thickness, embossing, venting, printing and order requriements. At Zonpak, we help customers analyse the requirements and customize the right product with the best performance/price ratio.
What features do your low melt bags and film have?
ZonpakTM low melt bags and film are specially designed batch inclusion packaging materials for rubber, plastic and chemical industries. They have the following common features.
1. Low Melting Point
EVA bags have specific low melting points, bags with different melting points suit different mixing conditions. Being put into a mill or mixer, the bags can easily melt and fully disperse in the rubber compounds.
2. High Compatibility with Rubber and Plastic
The main materials we choose for our bags and film are highly compatible with rubber and plastics, and can be used as a minor ingredient for the compounds.
3. Multi Benefits
Using EVA bags to pack and pre-weigh the powder and liquid chemicals can facilitate the compounding job, reach accurate adding, eliminate fly loss and contaminations, keep the mixing area clean.
What’s the melting point of your bags and film?
Melting point is usually the most important factor considered by a user when choosing low melt batch inclusion bags or film for the rubber compounding application. We manufacture and supply bags and film with different melting point to suit customers’ different process conditions. Melting point from 70 to 110 deg C. are available.
